Pie Crust

This makes 1 9" pie crust



1 c flour                     

¼ t salt    
1/3 c shortening
¼ c cold water
1 T milk








Mix flour & salt.  Cut in shortening.  Lightly & quickly stir in water & milk.  Roll out or refrigerate.  For blind shell, bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
